There are a lot of moving parts that make up the body of Leland Family Ministries. It is a small but devoted group of individuals that dedicate their time and effort to making LFM a success.
Libbie Combee: As the Founder and Executive Director of LFM, Libbie has faithfully served LFM for 14 years. In addition to running the business aspects of LFM, Libbie also facilitates weekly Recovery For Life meetings, fundraisers, and other LFM ministry opportunities like: Angel Tree Project, Food Ministry & Warehouse, and the Meth Free Project. As a former addict from age 13-30, Libbie excels at loving well and stands as a testimony of hope for those lost in addiction.
Jason Leland: Since 2009, Jason has served as LFM's Director of Program Development. Serving in different capacities, Jason manages all operational aspects of the ministry including: the HandyMan Ministry, Food Pantry and Warehouse, the community service hour program for those on probation, and other community outreach programs throughout the year. Jason it a vital part of LFM, working behind the scenes to ensure each event is a success.
Terena James:As a former advisory board member, treasurer on the board of directors, and a recovered methamphetamine addict, Terena understands the unique position and mission of LFM. Joining the LFM team in 2010 as the Business Manager, Terena is responsible for coordinating all aspects of accounting, business affairs, human resources, renewing and updating LFM's state license, reporting finances to the board, and coordinate fundraising efforts. Terena also coordinates a monthly court-ordered class and teaches an educational class on addictions for women in the Polk County Jail.
Jenny Busing: Since 2010, Jenny serves part-time as the Marketing Director. Handling all internal and external communications, Jenny is committed to educating surrounding communities about LFM's mission, needs, and resources through different means of communication.
Carlos Granados: Since 2009, Carlos has worked as LFM's Volunteer IT Manager. Working hard to ensure LFM is utilizing technology to its fullest, Carlos manages all aspects of information technology including computer maintenance, reporting, and data entry for the court and jail classes.
